For law firms

Bring a clearer case to funders.

Dispute funding for your clients, with a written assessment to inform the conversation. Prepare the record, examine the findings and decide what to share.

Use JusFund when a client is exploring funding or needs a structured view of the evidence and gaps before approaching funders. The online assessment is designed for arbitration claims. For litigation funding, discuss the dispute with us first.

01 · Your record

Prepare the case, with authority to act.

Register as “Acting for the party (counsel or representative)”. During verification, counsel are asked for an engagement letter or power of attorney.

  • The dispute

  • The evidence

  • The funding need

Case stage, estimated budget and the funding sought.

Confirm your authority to upload and disclose the material, including any client consent or other permission needed.

02 · Your assessment

Findings you can examine with your client.

The AI assessment brings the reasoning, cited evidence and gaps into one report. A second AI model reviews it; your firm still checks the findings and advises the client.

03 · Disclosure

Agree the next step with your client.

The account managing the case controls listing and funder access. Confirm the client’s instructions before either step.

  1. 01

    Private assessment

The assessment is not automatically listed for funders.

  2. 02

    Listed summary

Approved funders see an anonymised summary when you choose to list.

  3. 03

    Approved full access

A specific funder can read the full assessment after your approval and an active case NDA.

An NDA does not establish privilege, and a summary may still be recognisable from public information. Access to the full report is distinct from access to original files.
