Start with a free assessment.
A free first assessment, free listing to up to three matched funders and USD 199 for wider listing. See the platform fee and NGO/NPO exemption below.
Your first assessment
Free
One case per account, including re-runs of that case after you add material.
- Written findings, supporting evidence and key risks.
- A band, score, range and confidence where the record supports an assessment.
- Requests for the information still needed.
- Free listing to up to three matched funders, subject to suitable funders being available.
The online assessment is designed for arbitration claims. For a court claim, contact us about litigation funding.
Professional funder access
Access by approval
Request access to the Deal Desk and confirm the terms for the services you intend to use.
- Review listed summaries against your mandate.
- Request case-specific access under an NDA.
- Conduct your own diligence before agreeing funding.
Access is for verified professional funders. An application does not guarantee approval or a particular number of suitable cases.
5% platform fee
This is separate from the USD 199 wider-listing charge and any return agreed with a funder. Who pays, the amount it is calculated on and when payment is due must be agreed in writing before the fee applies.
NGO and NPO fund seekers are exempt from this platform fee.
Platform fees and funding terms are separate.
JusFund services
Any agreed charge for using a platform service. Check the amount, who pays and the payment trigger before accepting.
The funder’s return
The payment agreed with an independent funder in the funding contract. JusFund does not provide the capital or set that return.
Other dispute costs
Lawyers, experts, insurance and court or arbitration costs may also apply. The funding agreement determines which costs the funder covers.
See how a recovery could be shared.
Change the figures to explore a hypothetical funding arrangement. These are example assumptions, not a quote or an assessment of your claim.
Money actually recovered, not the face value of the claim.
The amount funded. It is already included in the total funder payment.
Unfunded costs taken from the recovery. Do not count funded costs twice.
2× means twice the capital in total, including repayment of that capital.
Fund seeker balance
$550,000
Before JusFund platform charges and tax.
- Other costs paid first
- $50,000
- Total paid to the funder
- $400,000
- Fund seeker balance
- $550,000
How this example is calculated
- Deduct the entered other costs from the gross recovery.
- Calculate the funder's total payment using your chosen multiple, gross-recovery percentage or the higher of those figures. Capital repayment is included, not added again.
- Cap that payment at the recovery left after costs. The remainder goes to the fund seeker.
Real agreements may use different payment priorities, return-of-capital provisions, time-based increases, caps and obligations. This example does not model interest, tax, adverse-cost liability or enforcement costs unless included in your inputs.
JusFund fees are separate and are not deducted here. The 5% fee needs an agreed payer, calculation basis and payment trigger; the calculator does not assume them. Read the platform fee terms. NGO/NPO exemptions concern JusFund fees, not an independent funder's return.
0% platform fee for NGOs and NPOs.
NGO and NPO fund seekers can list with all approved funders free of charge, with no USD 199 wider-listing charge or 5% platform fee. Contact us to confirm your organisation’s status before listing.
Any independent funder’s return and other dispute costs remain subject to their own agreements.
Read the terms behind the price.
The Terms and Conditions say that a service fee must be shown and agreed before it applies. Future price changes do not alter a fee already agreed.
JusFund does not take a share of an award, settlement or recovery unless a written agreement with LexQuity expressly provides for it.
Introductions also carry non-circumvention obligations. A breach can trigger a separate introduction fee under section 10, even where no ordinary service fee applies. Read those obligations before accepting an introduction.
JusFund is a technology marketplace, not a funder. Assessments are research outputs, not legal or financial advice, and do not guarantee funding or a case outcome.
