Free case analysis

See where your arbitration case stands.

A written, checked assessment of the documentary strength of your case. Research output, not legal or financial advice.

Illustrative preview

Your first analysis is free.

Create an account, upload the record, and receive the full written assessment. No card, no commitment.

Scores describe the framework’s assessment of the record, not the chance of winning. The range expresses uncertainty within that framework; confidence reflects the evidence available.

Upload the record

Pleadings, contracts, correspondence, exhibits. Scans are fine. Ten short questions cover what the documents cannot say.

A checked assessment

Eight areas reasoned in writing, computed in versioned code, and reviewed by a second AI model before you see a number.

Private by default

Your assessment is not listed automatically. Funders see a summary only if you choose to list the case; full access requires your approval under an NDA.

What the free analysis includes

The same assessment a listed case receives: the band with its assessment score, range and confidence, the executive assessment, the score breakdown across all eight areas, the claim-by-claim analysis, the risk register, and the list of documents needed to address gaps. New material may strengthen or weaken the findings, or leave them unchanged. One free analysis per account. A re-assessment after you add material counts as part of it.

If the record does not support a responsible assessment, you receive an incomplete-assessment notice and the information request instead of a forced score. Assessments are AI-generated research output based on the documents provided and stored public sources. They are not legal advice and not a prediction of what a tribunal will do.
